QCRM-4-058 is a certified reference material that is matrix matched. It is suitable for use as random control samples in routine analytical laboratory quality control, when inserted within a batch of samples and measured in parallel to the unknown. The QCRM can also be used as a control sample in the analysis of samples of a similar type, verification of analytical methods for iron ore analysis and as a calibration standard for the calibration of equipment used for analyzing similar grade materials.
Section 6 of the COA was amended to reflect the preparation of samples to 106-micron, as per the recommendations of ISO 3082:2017. The particle size was previously erroneously stated as 75-micron.
